Evan and Carmen Williams are veteran missionaries with 29 years of church planting service in the countries of Ireland, UK, Spain, and latterly in Honduras through . God has blessed their ministry with the establishment of a local church plant in the mountains above the capital city of Tegucigalpa, in a town called Santa Lucia, from which He has also used them to commence a further four Church Plants in other areas and a ministry to the blind.
